SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Every item is made to order especially for you, then printed and sent from the production partner closest to you, so most orders never cross a border and arrive sooner.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Making your item: 2–4 working days. Total time from order to your door is typically:
- United Kingdom: 4–7 working days
- United States: 5–9 working days
- Canada: 6–10 working days
- Ireland & Europe: 5–10 working days
- Australia & New Zealand: 6–12 working days
- Rest of the world: 8–20 working days
These are typical times, not guarantees. Busy periods such as Christmas can add a few days.
CHRISTMAS ORDER DATES
For the best chance of arriving before Christmas, please order by: Rest of the world 1 December · Europe 10 December · United States & Canada 12 December · United Kingdom 15 December.
DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your country and the items in your basket. We charge what it costs to send your order, with no added mark-up.
CHRISTMAS CARDS
Our boxed Christmas card packs are currently printed and delivered in the United States and Canada only.
TRACKING
You'll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way. If your basket contains different types of item (for example a mug and a t-shirt), they may arrive in separate parcels.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Most orders are made in your own country, so customs charges are rare. Where an order does cross a border, any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
DELIVERY PROBLEMS
If your parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, please get in touch through our Contact page and we'll put it right.
