What happens next
After you order, we will email you within one working day to collect your manuscript and agree the details. You will receive a proof to review before anything is finalised.
You keep full ownership of your book and your accounts. For manuscripts over 60,000 words or with many images or tables, please contact us for a quote first.
Delivery
Printed gifts (clothing, mugs, tote bags, wall art and Christmas cards) are made to order for you in 2–4 working days, then usually arrive in 4–7 working days in the UK, 5–10 in Europe, the USA and Canada, and 8–20 elsewhere.
Jewellery and ready-made gifts are sent from our partner's warehouse and usually arrive in 7–15 working days in the UK and 8–25 working days elsewhere.

Returns & refunds
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
UK customers can also cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason (personalised items excepted). Read our returns policy.
