Delivery
Printed gifts (clothing, mugs, tote bags, wall art and Christmas cards) are made to order for you in 2–4 working days, then usually arrive in 4–7 working days in the UK, 5–10 in Europe, the USA and Canada, and 8–20 elsewhere.
Jewellery and ready-made gifts are sent from our partner's warehouse and usually arrive in 7–15 working days in the UK and 8–25 working days elsewhere.

Returns & refunds
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
UK customers can also cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason (personalised items excepted). Read our returns policy.
